Always lots of space around the pool, a more traditional hotel that felt homely. The restaurant and bar staff were so lovely, special mention to Barbara and Lauren

We were fine walking to the marina and into Palma, it's only 15 minutes. However, there are a series of steps to navigate, so some people may need to consider this

Beautiful hotel close to the center of Palma. Almost felt like a hidden gem. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe at this hotel. The pool area was so peaceful. The pool was very clean, and the water temperature was perfect! A large selection of drinks and snacks available. I had pan con tomate and a frappe cappuccino for breakfast, and it was delicious. The staff made me feel so welcome from the minute I arrived. One male staff member came across as a little unfriendly, but this was more than made up for by the lovely and welcoming attitude of the other staff members. Will definitely return to this hotel!

The only real let down was that the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, around 2 am. I tried everything I could to get it working again but unfortunately had no luck. I called reception to let them know, explaining that the room had become extremely hot, especially given that it was over 30°C outside and had been close to 40°C during the day. It was genuinely unbearable, to the point that even my iPhone stopped charging because it was overheating. I was told that it would be looked at and fixed in the morning, which unfortunately meant I was unable to sleep for the rest of the night. This was resolved the following morning by a lovely female receptionist, who was very apologetic and helpful. One other thing worth mentioning is that I was charged £20 more for my stay than the price that was advertised when I originally booked. I would have appreciated some clarification around this.

In the evening, we had potatoes too often, otherwise the menus offered were good. It's a shame not to have water pitchers and additional bread (without extra charge). It's also a shame not to have access to the spa without an extra charge 😭

Very pleasant! The trees and vegetation make the place cool and cozy. The pool is also very good... although during peak hours there is a shortage of sun loungers, you need to arrive early. You can park in front of the hotel (as there is no private parking), but due to the trees, the car always stays in the shade. There was an electric kettle, which made it easy to have my coffee early in the morning :)

The TV was not smart to put my Netflix on, so I couldn't watch because the channels available were in Spanish. Although there could have been microwaves in the rooms. But this was not in the description, so I already knew it wouldn't be.
