Facilities are old and need improvement. Located on Downtown 38th Street, making it convenient for city tours. Apart from somewhat friendly staff, nothing particularly impressive. Many rooms available but almost no guests, so had breakfast alone.

Stayed for 4 nights, during which the internet connection was poor. Went to a nearby restaurant to use free Wifi. The reception was also struggling, but it seems the management does not want to spend money on maintenance. I feel sorry for the employees.
