Wonderful character filled hotel with spacious clean comfortable room. Loved the seating areas in the sun, balconies and cosy lounge. Breakfasts were great, especially liked the museli with fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful, loved the quiet location but still only a short walk from the Plaza etc

Just a 10-minute walk from Cusco’s main square. The room was clean and warm, with an electric heater that could be used until 6 a.m. There was also plenty of hot water. The breakfast was simple, but sufficient. There is a 24-hour reception, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very smiling, polite, and helpful. It is the hotel where we stayed for several days, changed 2 rooms, and both were quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was satisfactory given what we have seen in Peru in other hotels of the same category. The distance from the central square is about 8-10 minutes, so you are almost in the center.

The bathroom is in poor condition, and just because we went to 2 rooms, we have a slightly more comprehensive view. Moisture and rust in some areas. They must definitely renovate the bathroom because the photos did not correspond to what we had seen and we were disappointed. There is also a strange heating system that although they say it operates from 6 in the afternoon until 6 in the morning, because we woke up earlier, there were times when it was closed, for example, at 3 in the morning, and you woke up and the room was cold.
