AC was a bit noisy, but helped to make white noise and drown out party noises from Lombard st

Room located on the road side so how can I say it was very very noisy! Between the car engines and the incivility of the hotel guests, the stay was not at all restful. It would be wise to install (rooms facing the road) double glazing to avoid having to buy earplugs! Reception and courtesy at the bare minimum.

Small room for four people and very small beds despite having paid for queen beds they were not. The only hotel that retained $100 from us. The rest of the hotels only take the credit card without holding money.
