I find the charge of $4,000 for renting a towel only for the night excessive, regardless of whether the charge is only once regardless of the days you stay. It is excessive for guests staying only one night 😑

The lockers could be in the rooms. A chair was missing to sit in the room (to put on shoes, etc). A mirror was missing in the room. Few bathrooms per floor, resulting in poor cleanliness.
