I arrived at 15:00, but my room was not ready, they said to wait for half an hour in another room, I decided to spend this time at the pool, but it turned out to be very different from the photos, it was very small with a huge fence and 2-3 sunbeds, without a drink delivery service and overall unpleasant, I didn't want to stay there and returned to the room, my room was still not ready even after an hour, I was asked to wait 15 minutes each time. In the end, I couldn't stand it and went for a walk, they moved me themselves. The room I booked based on the photos was large and beautiful, turned out to be really big but old and not cozy. Huge sofas, old speakers, a TV blocking the window in the bedroom, although there was a beautiful view, I didn't have the strength to move it. The services of the hotel were listed in small print on the living room windows. For a 5-star level, it's absolutely ridiculous. For the same money, I moved the next day to a very luxurious and beautiful hotel, where I received a much higher level of comfort. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel and rooms are in need of major renovation, but since this is impossible, the price should be much lower.

The rooms smelled very strongly of cigarettes, everything was smoky - bedding, furniture, impossible to sleep. Asked for all rooms on the same floor, but ended up being spread across 3 different floors, which is very inconvenient for a family. For such a number of rooms, they could have offered a free upgrade for at least one room. Instead, the receptionist tried to sell me a presidential suite, then a deluxe room with an extra charge, in the end, we stayed with our original booking, although he strongly insisted on canceling the booking from booking.com and making a direct reservation with them right at the reception. No luggage packing service, breakfasts are decent. The hotel's location is terrible, surrounded by dirt and stench on the street, impossible to walk on foot, unsanitary conditions all around.
