The beds are not comfortable, my body was aching. The iron needs to be cleaned or changed, I burned my trouser cause the iron was sticky.

The rooms are extremely small, the dressing table chair can hardly pull out then it is on the bed. Two work colleagues shared this room thus two single beds ...bathroom is. not private qt all when opening shower door you step into the room so need to get dressed in the shower, only TV channels is news and african channels, we did enquire at reception but was instructed that they cannot do anything about it. We were booked for two nights, but checked out after the first morning already

Food took long to be ready. Even when ordered online. Aircon wasn't working. Asked 1 of the staff member to assist me with that but unfortunately I was never assisted.

I got to my room and it was a disgusting mess. Beds were not made , sheets on the floor . They sent me to another room. Sleeper couch did not fit in the room . Sleeper couch was not made up. They gave me a sheet and I had to make the bed myself. Blanket in the cupboard smelled very bad and dirty . Main bed had hair and brown marks on the sheets. I immediately left and I got refunded .
