The photos on the website showed a better quality room than it actually offers. The furniture is old, the pillows are horrible (three did not form one), plastic side table, dark bathroom with very poor lighting. There are no bedside lamps. Low-quality breakfast. Room doors still use keys that need to be left at the hotel reception. There is no elevator. It was a last-minute reservation, but for the price of the daily rate, it could deliver a better accommodation.
The location was certainly the biggest differentiator, but besides that, Lucas, Kaique, and Igor were friendly, courteous, and very attentive.
