Aparthotel located in the center of Washington DC, a stone's throw from the White House, allowing walking visits to the main monuments. Faragut West metro station a few meters away allowing direct access to the airport with the Silver Line. Quality accommodation, spacious, clean on arrival, very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, kitchen utensils, dishes, 2 TVs, 2 toilets, etc.). Friendly cleaning staff. Whole Foods Market supermarket about a 15-minute walk away (expensive prices but it is the only supermarket nearby).

Irregular cleaning, we stayed for 11 days, cleaning was done on the third day and then not done afterwards. We had understood that cleaning was more regular for stays over 7 days. The room did not have a window and had fairly dim lighting. The mattress was indented in places making it quite uncomfortable. We had asked for a room with a window but our request was not granted. Our English being very imperfect, we sometimes had difficulty making ourselves understood by the reception staff. We noticed, and this was the case when we left regarding the storage of our luggage, that some staff made no effort to try to understand our requests, probably considering that the client should be proficient in English before coming to stay at the establishment. Some translation apps were fortunately very helpful.

Nothing really. Staff were helpful and friendly and the suite was great value.
I didn't know it was an apartment, it was huge, with a kitchen and living room all huge and clean. Less than 5 minutes from the White House.
