We booked with hotels.com, and when we arrived (within the listed check-in hours) they told us that they have sold our room to someone else and don't have a room for us. We had to find another more expensive room somewhere else after arriving at night. The person at the front desk would only blame the manager and was not helpful to find another room. No sympathy and would only say 'this is how it is'.

The bedroom overlooks an enclosed internal area. In other words, there is no window with a view outside for fresh air. There is only a fan. When it's hot, the fan doesn't help much. There is no air conditioning. The sink is positioned very far in, and one has to bend their body inward as if climbing a mountain. The shower is okay, but the water leaks onto the toilet mat, wetting it. Everything was clean, but the sheets had stains. If you need a place to stay, it's an option, but I would look for another hotel.
