Room: spacious, clean, good mattress. Staff: very friendly and attentive, whether at the reception, in the breakfast room, or during housekeeping. Location: very good; easy access to the subway and tram to explore Munich from there.

Room: no kettle, coffee, and tea. I would expect this as standard at this price nowadays. Limited options for storing clothes if staying longer than 3-4 days. Breakfast: The room is too small in my opinion for a hotel of this size. At the buffet, you have to make sure not to constantly bump into someone, especially during peak times, and the few tables are very close together.

The bathroom was only partially open at night (2 glass doors), so the light would wake up the partner.

The reception staff are wonderful, the surrounding area is beautiful, close to the center, train stations, and metro.
