Bali Bar very nice with friendly bartenders & live music most nights, nice quite pool, lovely room (Serene), coffee each morning; great location; I jogged every morning thru the older neighborhoods (no traffic) and walked everywhere from the state park beach to the museums to the sunsets at mallory square to off-the-beaten-path neighborhood breakfast/delis etc.. Music stops at 11pm... surprisingly quiet so close to Duval St... roosters are the main noise early AM:)
