Great location for dental appointments at Bali911. Very welcoming staff even for late night arrival. On-site mini mart very convenient and open till 11pm. Great included breakfast. Nice pool.

We requested MUR before we left the room in the morning. And when we were back the room was clean but the dirty dishes were still on the table and the bathrobe that had been used still stayed at the same place. Housekeeping didn't change to the new one and left the bathrobe unfold on the sofa. Unfortunately we haven't taken any pictures.

The room was filthy, the curtains were filthy and burnt orange, sperm stains on the sheets and the bed full of hair. Moreover, the rats running and fighting in the walls is not the most pleasant thing to hear while trying to fall asleep
