In my opinion, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent location (around 30 minutes walk to Tiananmen Square, 40 minutes to the Forbidden City, 10-15 minutes by taxi), many shops and cafes nearby. The room is spacious, clean, housekeeping twice a day (with quality control), and has all the necessary amenities (slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, razors, and much more). The breakfasts are varied and delicious. But the most important thing that touched my heart is the staff's attitude towards guests. Any request was fulfilled exceptionally well (huge thanks to the concierge Alex, who helped find and order the necessary medicine in the middle of the night). Any situation or problem with a guest was brought to the manager's attention and resolved in the most positive way for the guests. I have never felt such attention anywhere else. I recommend this hotel 110%.
