The capsules are not isolated, they are stacked on top of each other and partly just in the lobby. It is not possible to relax here. You can hear everything and everyone!

The lack of hygiene, especially in the sanitary facilities, and all areas being mixed are a disadvantage for the cramped facilities. In reality, it is a capsule hostel and not a hotel. One of our capsules was broken, the door wouldn't open and was "fixed" in our presence. Despite asking them to explain the procedure to follow in an emergency, they couldn't explain it to us.
