Customer service. Mr. Angelo and all the staff, from the receptionists and restaurant team to the egg chefs, security guards, and housekeeping staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help made our stay truly enjoyable. Then the room is like home sweet home.....

The only slight inconvenience was the distance between the different buildings' facilities. However, this did not take away from the excellent service and hospitality provided by all the staff.....

Nothing to highlight. Just to mention that on the day of checkout, the access card stopped working after 12 pm while we had informed the reception that we will check out at 2 pm. It created some discomfort for the family.
The apartment rooms were spacious. The gentleman at the reception was kind and cooperative. And Usman from room service was kind as well.

The elevator capacity is not enough. Sometimes you need to wait several minutes until it reaches the level. And in many occasions, it doesn't stop at the requested level. The facility management needs to take care of the elevator issue.
