Musty-smelling apartment. Air conditioners that make a lot of noise. Not clean. Noise disturbance from parties. No elevator available.
The hotel is very comfortable, beautiful, with great service. The room is great, spacious, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is very charming with good options for breakfast and great restaurants. We could easily get ice at the hotel bar to fill our cooler when we went to the beaches in the morning. I definitely recommend it and would stay at this hotel again.

On a Friday, there was an event with loud music until late at night that made it a bit difficult to sleep. It would be good to have cable or satellite TV connecting to local channels. Unfortunately, on the last day, we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.
Location is excellent, next to restaurants. Infinite pool. The room was very comfortable, with a very good bed.

Considering the price of the stay and the hotel's category, I would have expected more bathroom amenities and better attention to their daily replacement. I had to specially request replacements of the body lotion and conditioner, which were the only toiletries provided. In addition, the reception desk was only staffed during limited hours. These may seem like small details but should be considered given the hotel's category and the price of the accommodation.

There is no elevator. Access to our apartment was through a narrow spiral staircase, and we had to climb 2 floors.
