Cleanliness. Dirty bathroom, stained sheets, but clean. Dirty curtain. The bathroom even had soap from the previous guest.

They did not provide plates or utensils for us to have dinner at home and did not let us wait for the check-in time at the reception. The shower kept getting cold.

Different rooms from the advertisement, the receptionist was terrible, very rude. A foreigner, outsourced parking, there was a cockroach in the room. There was no face towel or floor towel, the bathroom was a mess
