The apartment is very old, its facilities are broken, the air conditioning flooded the bed with water, the air conditioning is noisy, the bathroom floor is broken, the shower is old and rusty, the curtains are full of stains and dirt, the elevators require waiting for at least 20 minutes to arrive, there are no people to help you carry your bags, the luggage carts are broken and very poor, and the hotel is basically one star on other websites.
