The air conditioning was way too strong, cold, and noisy. Impossible to adjust. No space to store luggage. Uncomfortable bedding.

When I entered the room, there was a very strong cigarette smell. There was no one to contact in the building, later the cleaning staff arrived, and I complained about the smell and also because there was a broken fan. I asked to change rooms and they didn't want to change me. It was a very negative experience

The bathroom door loudly hits an air duct when opened. Not even a chair in the room. I would have given a good rating if it were half the price.

No elevator, top floor. The shower could be better. Room is small. They should lower the price. We didn't see any staff members

The room overlooked a busy street so the noise continued until the early hours, and we had requested a quiet room. We paid £150 for one night, which was very expensive. We have stayed in better hotels in Zurich for a better price
