The staff were exceptional. From the friendly greeting by Rachana with her friendly disposition and eagerness to help to the delightful gentlemen Gorakh that assisted us to our room and settled us in. We did change rooms as we found the ‘backside’ of the hotel a little quieter rather than street side but honestly it wasn’t too bad street side just we are light sleepers. The room change created no fuss from Rochana and she was happy to accomodate and gave us a choice of rooms. Gorakh was quick to ensure the ac was on in the second room and assisted with bags to our new room. No fuss just happy to help. Comfortable rooms. Generator power back up is seamless. Good wifi.

Me and family stayed for 2 nights, we booked their studio room. Location is great to roamaround and shop, right in Thamel. Staffs are very welcoming and pleasing. I can't thank them enough for the late check out option provided. The services they provide where literally just one call away. Even being in such a crowdy neighbourhood, the room was very peaceful, my 9 month old baby slept without any disturbances.

I felt the wear and tear clearly shows the age of the property but considering the rate and location I think some sacrifice is undeniable.
