Posizione molto comoda, vicinissimo a fermata metro ( poche fermate per il centro). Pulizia. Angolo cottura nuovo e ben attrezzato.

Terzo letto in realtà da "costruire" con piccolo materasso da posizionare sul divano . Letto matrimoniale senza possibilità di spazio ai lati. Solo per clientela giovane.
