Thick layer of dust on the bedside tables, which the cleaning ladies did not wipe. Breakfast served on disposable plates, plastic cutlery, unthinkable in Europe. Generally, in Europe, we would get a higher standard for this price.

Great value for money for Manhattan. I had read some criticisms about crowded elevators and breakfast room, but I did not encounter any issues. Everything went very well. The room is a bit small but in Manhattan, it's normal. If I return to NY, I will definitely choose it again
