Lage - 2 Minuten vom Weißen Haus entfernt und alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß möglich. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof erhalten, was sehr dunkel war. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption haben wir von Mike ein Zimmer zur Straße hinaus gerichtet gekommen. Das Zimmer hatte eine große Fensterfront und war auch schöner geschnitten - wir waren happy. Vielen Dank dafür! :-) Frühstück war für uns auch in Ordnung.

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, le 7 juillet 2026. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé la propreté de la chambre très moyenne, notamment au niveau du canapé-lit, que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Nous avons également été confrontées à une climatisation extrêmement bruyante, au point de rendre la chambre particulièrement inconfortable. Nous avons passé l'après-midi à l'extérieur, dîné au restaurant le soir et quitté l'hôtel tôt le lendemain matin pour prendre notre avion. Nos valises sont restées dans l'entrée et n'ont jamais été posées ou ouvertes sur le canapé. Pourtant, après notre départ, l'hôtel nous a facturé 250 USD pour des « Black Oil Spills on sofa cushions ». Nous contestons cette facturation, car nous affirmons que les traces étaient déjà présentes à notre arrivée et que nous n'avons pas utilisé le canapé. L'hôtel nous a indiqué disposer de photographies prises après notre départ pour justifier cette facturation. Ces photographies montrent éventuellement l'état du canapé après notre départ, mais ne permettent pas d'établir à quel moment les traces sont apparues ni qui les a causées. Nous sommes actuellement en contestation auprès de Booking.com concernant ces 250 USD. Pour une chambre occupée une seule nuit, avec une propreté déjà décevante, une climatisation extrêmement bruyante et, en plus, une facturation de 250 USD que nous contestons, l'expérience a été particulièrement mauvaise.

Großteil des Personals ist wirklich freundlich und liebevoll. Die Lage ist perfekt. Abends auf der Rooftopbar ist es sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Bei den Zimmern die wir hatten standen vor den Fenstern Schränke, sodass man sich wie in einem Bunker vorkam. Die Getränke sind ziemlich teuer. Der Parkservice vom Hotel hat für drei Nächte sage und schreibe 220$ gekostet. Das ist unverschämt teuer und kommt Wucher gleich. Deshalb auch deutlicher Punkteabzug!
