La reception apriva alle 15 noi siamo arrivate alle 12:30 e non ci è stata data la possibilità almeno di consegnare i bagagli , abbiamo dovuto aspettare e girare intanto il centro portandoci dietro i bagagli fino alle 15, non c’era un bagnoschiuma in stanza ,e un solo asciugamano a testa mai cambiato in tre giorni, ho dovuto richiederlo espressamente per ben due volte di averne uno pulito, la prima volta che l’ho chiesto non mi è stato portato, alla seconda quando mi ero un po arrabbiata allora mi è stato concesso. Se devo soggiornare tre notti, almeno qualche asciugamano in più è giusto dare e cambiare. Non si può pretendere che in ogni doccia per tre giorni io usi lo stesso asciugamano , non è molto igienico. Cestino mai svuotato e cambiato. Nessuno che è venuto a pulire la camera e a cambiare un minimo asciugamano per tre giorni .

Excelente localização, quarto bem equipado e excluido. Banheiro excelente, grande e com ótima instalação, mesmo que compartilhado era bem cuidado.

Único ponto de melhoria seria ter um espaço com geladeira ou frigobar no quarto, pois não tem nenhum espaço no hostel para comer algo

L'hôtel est au dessus d'un club donc de la musique assez forte mais cela ne dure pas toute la nuit. Jour au niveau de la porte donc on entend les voisins et cela doit être pareil pour eux. Heureusement présent dans notre chambre juste pour dormir. Impossible de couper le chauffage même s'il fait frais (octobre) dormir sans avoir trop chaud serait mieux
