Clean and cozy, the owners are excellent they waited outside 11pm when i arrived. They are hospitable accomodating. The property is clean and located in a Quiet place near the sea.

shower box with hole (resulting in a flooded corridor). dirty blankets with yellow stains on all 3 beds in the room, dust all over the room, it was clearly visible that no one had cleaned certain points in the room for at least weeks. bathroom ceiling so low that a man has to bend his neck 90 degrees to use the toilet. the area is horrible, certainly does not affect the rooms... but you don't feel safe especially at night.

The bed is quite comfortable. The location is great, a stone's throw from the cathedral and Via Etnea. I liked the window on the mezzanine floor that was adorned with beautiful plants and a very cute red mini fence.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the feeling of lack of cleanliness. The towels - which we didn't find in the room and had to request - were taken from a cramped, dark, and messy little room. I had the feeling it was a dirty storage room.
