They left a coffee maker but no coffee, the shower water gets stuck due to poor design, I feel like there were missing lights in the room

Terrible service at reception. They gave me the room 30 minutes after the established time and the receptionist didn't want to charge me before because she had already closed her register. I had to wait because the room wasn't ready and they gave it to some Americans who arrived after me.

I requested a private parking spot and it was accepted. The limited underground spots were full. They didn't allow me to park in the front spots but offered them to other guests. My car ended up in the open back parking lot without security. It seems very open without security personnel, cameras, or private access. Any thief can easily enter or assault. Nobody is at the front desk

The bathroom facilities are very old, need maintenance, bad odors, stained sheets and towels. Very poor quality in the linens. Needs more thorough cleaning.
