Hello, I have nothing to say about this hotel because I didn't have the opportunity to set foot there, I arrived at 11 pm on site. The hotel was completely closed for renovation and no one informed us, which I find very unpleasant. You find yourself in Cancun on a Sunday at 11 pm and realize that your hotel is completely closed in your place. What would you have done? I am disappointed with Booking because I have been traveling with the Booking group for a long time now and this is the second time I have had problems. So please make sure to inquire about your hotels. Thank you

Rooms were so smelly, so suffocating in the hallway, couldn't breathe. Toilet wasn't working, AC wasn't cooling. Bed sheets were smelling so bad.
