The location is near the city center and the train station but not in a good zone, it was full of strange and drunk people around and I as a woman didn't feel safe at all.

There is no wardrobe to store clothes, there is no thick duvet to sleep, and if you are cold, you have to endure it. I went down to reception to ask for one and they kept saying that the boss was not there, I came back the next day and they said they didn't have one.
