The room has smell when you enter. I daily spray my perfume just to get rid of the smell (it does for a few hours and the smell is back again). The smell is not nice, like a room smell that hasn’t been cleaned for ages.

Nothing apart from the location. They haven’t refunded the money back to my card until now! It’s been 27 calendar days since I checked out. The hotel wants me to liaise directly to their bank to close it! Like how ridiculous is that?! They’re the merchant who put on hold on my money as deposit and they expect me to chase their bank for it?!
