The location is really optimal: on foot, you are about 15 minutes from the city and about 10 minutes from the beach. Also, shopping is just around the corner (Spar).

I can't understand all the reviews about 'perfect breakfast' at all. The selection was very limited and mainly consisted of dry pastries. Therefore, we went to a restaurant that was only about 5 minutes away - there you really get a perfect breakfast! Unfortunately, there are several cleanliness issues as well. In the bathroom, there were still hairs from the previous guests, some lights were broken, and the wallpaper was partially damaged or peeling off.
We were given a different room. The originally booked room had an air conditioning problem, it was dripping heavily, so the wall was already soaked, and there was a large stain on the floor. The breakfast was good, with many different items.

The first room was catastrophic with the air conditioning, and it was not as shown in the photos. We were then given a 'more luxurious' suite. In the bathroom of that suite, there were also mold problems.

The breakfast was very poor, they don't set the tables, you have to even put the cutlery yourself. The staff was not very friendly. The rooms were simple. In our case, there wasn't even a towel rack or a hook to hang the towels in the bathroom.

Below-average cleanliness. Common areas are old and lack maintenance. Cobwebs were hanging inside the room, and the walls were dirty. Overpriced for what it offers. 4 stars for no reason.

It's old and sometimes run-down. The garden suite is spacious but everything is very dated and poorly maintained. There were ants everywhere, even on the bed, and the bathroom furniture was broken. The upholstery was stained. Also, poor quality and poor breakfast. I wouldn't say it's a 4-star hotel: the price is really exaggerated.
