As soon as I arrived, I found some nails on the floor, the floor creaked a lot, one afternoon my one-year-old son couldn't rest because the cleaning ladies' carts were banging loudly in the hallway. We wanted to cook but there were like 30 people cooking, there was a lack of both space and cutlery.

Great stay. I spent three nights in Copenhagen with two friends and we were all very satisfied with the accommodation. I would definitely consider it for a future stay! I and my friends had made two separate bookings, so initially I was not in the same room with them. Once we asked if it was possible to stay together, Bruno, the guy at the reception, was very helpful and courteous.

Location directly at the train station is great. Price relatively cheap (for Copenhagen standards. In Germany or Austria, you often get a 4* hotel for that price) good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Staff very professional, super friendly, and helpful. Bike rental directly at the hotel.

Twin room very small and noisy, you can hear the neighboring rooms and every tiny movement in the hallway, the children's rooms had a view of the courtyard and the hotel garbage containers, it was difficult to sleep with the window open. Rooms were relatively clean, dirt in the corridors was not removed throughout the stay.
