It was still clean and the facilities were good enough to be considered a business hotel. The staff were very friendly and allowed delivery food, which was appreciated.

Compared to the 11th floor, the 6th floor had significantly lower functionality in both the washing machine and the dryer, and it was quite humid, significantly reducing comfort. Just to mention, the 11th floor was comfortable. On the same day, August, the 6th floor was humid, and the devices were not functioning well, which was inconvenient. The refrigerator was troublesome right after check-in, so I think the pre-check of the devices was not thorough enough. The bathroom seemed to need anti-slip treatment.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even though it's not close to the main attractions of central Seoul, it is well connected with a subway and a bus stop in front of the main door.

I booked a twin double bed room for a family of four, but the room had one double and one single bed. When we raised this issue with the front desk, they were unhelpful and eventually told us to send our complaint to booking.com. We had an uncomfortable 5-night stay. This kind of behavior is not expected from a 4-star hotel. It was a total disappointment. If the room description had been detailed properly, I wouldn't have booked this hotel for sure.
