Not a very comfortable bed
Easier to say what I didn't like. The photos do not match reality. I couldn't rest because there is a bar on the marquee, I requested a change for over 3 hours to resolve, and my belongings were stuck in the room for 1 hour. Swollen and outdated furniture, bad smell in the elevator, no covered parking. No sealing on doors and windows. Elevator looks medieval. I do not recommend it as it was the worst experience I had. Not to mention that you need to schedule the jacuzzi.

Excellent hotel, very good services to relax, the room was good and the breakfast very good and varied, closer to the beach than I thought.

I would only improve the amount of pillows or what concerns the bed, purely because in my opinion the bed and pillows did not make me relax and rest 100%, but nevertheless, the person I traveled with had no problems or anything, so this comment is very personal to my experience.
The breakfast is excellent, surpasses that of 5-star hotels, the service of the staff, especially at the reception, was very attentive. I want to thank you for indicating an excellent, serious, professional driver to take us to the airport. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, cleanliness 10 out of 10, I simply loved my stay. Congratulations to all.

A lot of environmental noise at night, maybe for us who go to bed early it was a problem... but only that.

Some points to be improved. - The Wi-Fi in the room (near the elevator) was very weak and often unusable. - The air conditioning should be cleaned regularly, as it had a bad smell when used, and the bathroom also had a bad smell. - On the days I had breakfast, I didn't like the taste of the coffee... I don't know if it was the product or the amount of powder, but it wasn't tasty.
