Room a bit warm, no control of heater during winter.

I’ve booked room with king size bed, but instead they gave merged 2 single beds. Also rooms are smaller than described. They had old fashioned very simple glass soap holder, which I broke and cut my hand with, they’ve charged me for the soap holder and couldn’t give even a plaster.

Breakfast at this place is the bomb! Definitely will be staying here when will be in Moscow next time. Also, staff is friendly and helpful.

We checked in nicely, received a small bouquet of flowers and two glasses of champagne as a gift. We entered the room and saw a small TV hanging. When we started taking a shower, we didn't find disposable slippers. And the view from the window was not very good!
