The location is great as it is downtown.

The facilities are old but sufficient. There were some issues like the air conditioning not working well and small ants appearing, but they will address it if you mention it. They made an effort with breakfast. If it's around 40-50 dollars in this condition, it's acceptable.

You can walk to downtown from here. We stayed with 3 people, but there was only a simple bed in the twin room, so it felt a bit cramped when we spread our bags in the room. The room's electricity is card key-based, but if you pull it out once, the air conditioning won't turn on for about 5 minutes when you insert it again. We were told breakfast starts at 7 am, but when we went at 7, it wasn't ready yet, and it took about 15 minutes for all the dishes to come out. The staff all gave a humble and polite impression. NHK is available on TV. When we asked for a taxi, it was from the hotel's car service, so we could ride at a safe price without negotiating.

This is fine for a short stay like a business trip. The staff were helpful, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was limited but acceptable if you enjoy mostly Burmese food. The only issue was a cold shower, but this may have been specific to my room. You can't really argue with the price.

Not too far from Junction City and Bogyoke Market. From the rooftop, you can see Shwedagon Pagoda. Many shops near the hotel are delicious. I really love the service and all the staff are helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, not too noisy, not too quiet, and feel good. I will definitely go there again when I return to Yangon.

The rooms have flooring, the breakfast has improved, and it's good cost performance. The staff members are as kind as ever.

Nice hotel with nice food options nearby (Shan Kitchen, Craft). The cleanliness of the room can be improved (lizard droppings on some surfaces, insect on towel). The air conditioning is a bit noisy when warming up. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, and the location is great. The staff is friendly, and I am thankful to the Manager for allowing me to check out later (2 pm) as I have an evening flight.
