Old hotel. The lobby looks new and clean. Choosing a room without windows, there is a smell of sewage when entering the room. The silhouette of the shower room can be seen from the bed. There are lipstick marks from the previous guest on the cups. It may be good to bring your own amenities or source them locally. In the morning, put out the room cleaning sign and went sightseeing. Returned from sightseeing at 4 pm, but the room was not cleaned. Later, asked to leave for 15 minutes to clean the room. That's how it went.

Reasonable accommodation for a small amount of money. Comfortable bed, safe in the room, elevator available, the air conditioning worked well, hot water in the shower, WiFi was flawless in our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything important from my point of view was available. The only criticism I can make is about the breakfast, let's just say... it was nothing special.

The hotel is quite old but okay in terms of cleanliness. Due to its location on a main road, there is noise from passing cars entering the rooms facing the street. Overall, it is considered worth the price.

Actual history of malfunctions. In order of inconvenience: water outage, hot water supply outage, elevator jam, in-room safe jam, unusable toilet, in-room phone malfunction, air conditioning malfunction, light bulb out, forgotten amenity replenishment.

The reception speaks Thai well, excellent service, good customer care, usable bedroom, no windows, buffet breakfast on the 9th floor, take the elevator to the 8th floor and walk to the 9th floor, with a variety of rice dishes to choose from, suitable for relaxation near shopping centers, restaurants, close to Bogyoke Market, convenient to go anywhere.

Don't recommend it. Only Chinese breakfast served, no Myanmar food. The bedroom is damp and smells musty, needs full carpeting. The shower is in poor condition. The telephone in the room does not work. No night duty manager on site. Poor communication at the front desk as the staff does not speak English
