O quarto James reservado estava sujo, muitas coisas danificadas, manchas nos móveis, tapetes e o pior de tudo no colchão. O hotel não é limpo e mantido adequadamente. Não avisaram sobre o barulho do clube noturno até terem recebido o pagamento no dia anterior e meio que informaram no check-in. O volume era inaceitável e sem isolamento acústico na janela de trás voltada para o clube noturno. Deveria ser apenas para adultos, pois não é adequado para crianças que encontraram um preservativo na bandeja de guloseimas!!

Falta de espaço/armário para pendurar, mas entendo que faz parte da simplicidade do design e do tamanho pequeno/médio do quarto.

Barulho alto vindo do clube noturno abaixo

When making the reservation at the hotel, I informed that the room would be for my daughter to stay during her wedding weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel offered my daughter a room with a non-functioning refrigerator and no telephone. All the products in the refrigerator were not cold and communication with the reception had to be in person, meaning you had to go down to the entrance. After some back and forth, they finally gave us a WhatsApp contact to communicate. There was an attempt to install a telephone and it did not work. The refrigerator was never fixed. For the amount paid for the stays, I expected a more professional and correct service. Another room was offered, but it was of inferior level. This was rejected by the bride. I was very disappointed.
