The host was very hostile on check out. First he lied about breakfast, then he was rude and kept me whilst he wanted his team to inspect the room. I felt as if they suspect I have taken somethings away. A set of remote controls was not working, luckily we had 2 sets and could use the other one.

Probably because of the weather the internet was too slow and all 12 of us were there to do work online

No shuttle to airport, poor wi-fi, no aircon, breakfast arrive late at 8am, keys were mixed up at arrival, one receptionist was good and the one for midnight was terrible.
