Everything. No AC. Toilet didn’t flush. No guaranteed parking. No parking pass. Rude staff. Disgusting motel. Loud and filthy.

The property was conveniently located across from the beach. There’s also coffee shops, surf shops and a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. Also the perfect place if you have dogs.

The location to the beach was advantageous, however, there were broken cars and homeless people everywhere around the motel.

In the room, pretty much everything was broken (see photos). It seemed unhygienic and as a woman alone, one did not feel safe. The staff was not particularly friendly.

The AC didn't work. It was facing the ocean which reflected the sun and made it super hot inside the room. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The walls were dirty. Seemed like a lot of people staying, actually lived there. It just didn't have a great feel about it overall. We ended up leaving and renting a room elsewhere.
