El personal no era amable como había leído en los comentarios de otros, si pudiera recomendaría un mejor trato al huésped en cortesía y calidad en el servicio sobre todo en la parte de la recepción.
A localização é perfeita. O hotel está ao lado da estação de metrô e a poucos quarteirões de importantes pontos turísticos. O quarto é muito grande e silencioso. A lompeza é adequada. O atendimento no café por parte de Diego é muito atencioso.

Falta um frigobar no quarto e ducha higiênica no banheiro.
Location was great. The hot water and pressure was great. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

The breakfast. Extremely limited options ( no buffet). It took forever for someone to take my order. It took forever to get coffee and it was not even hot when it arrived. There was a basket of bread but no butter.

Para mi, el peor punto negativo y que haría que no vuelva a ir y que le suspenda, es que sólo te guardan las maletas/mochilas hasta las 7 pm. NUNCA lo había visto y, para mi, es una limitación que se debe conocer porque tubimos que pagar un locker porque nuestro bus salía a las 12 de la noche. Personal 0 comprensivo alegando que el jefe lo prohibe.
