He did not like the cleanliness of the room or the spaces of the accommodation in general, the air conditioning did not work, the room never cooled down, there was no soap in the room... in short...

Only the location
It's not clean at all, and the sink in the room is so disturbing... and not very hygienic I guess. Also, I was in a room with a group of girls who were chatting all the time, even at night. You shouldn't mix groups with other people, because it can be a nightmare

I really liked the hostel, I saw many bad reviews and I confess that I was expecting the worst, but since it was only one night, I faced it. It is big, good for meeting people, the location is good, close to the metro, cafes, near the Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomphe. The sheets were clean, and the bathrooms too. I recommend it and would stay again

I didn't give the maximum score because I asked to reserve a low bed, and when I arrived, the receptionist said I could stay in any bed I wanted, and my friend and I ended up in two high beds. I don't feel comfortable on high beds as I am tall and chubby, I feel very uncomfortable, and the steps to go up and down were also far from the ground. Another negative point is that despite the heat in Barcelona at this time, the air conditioning works perfectly, but after a while, it turns off by itself. At 4 in the morning, I woke up sweating with the air off, I had to get out of bed to turn it on, other than that, everything was okay
