Room location great, quiet, nice view. Beds & pillows -as always comfy & almost best ever in a hotel. Bed was beautifully made and clean. Towels were clean. Air con worked properly & didn't make excessive noise. Also it was serviced recently.

Only boiling hot water from sink in room, no cold water at all. Level of cleanliness on walls (stains), privacy curtain for shower (very obvious & unpleasant stains/marks). Foyer walls marked, chipped.
