The cleaning staff is nice and greets you energetically with a 'Good morning!' The work is meticulous, and there is not a speck of dust on the floor after cleaning. The bed was perfectly made. The mattress had good elasticity, and my back didn't hurt. Towels are changed daily, and it's quietly appreciated that you receive two bottles of water (290ml each) daily. The shower has hot water and the air conditioning works well, making it comfortable. Breakfast is quite delicious, but be cautious as items with chili are extremely spicy. A deposit of 30,000 is required, but if it's just for water, it's free and will be fully refunded. Instant noodles are placed on the desk, but it's unclear if they are complimentary. There was no safety box, so having a wire lock would be reassuring.

The street in front has a considerable amount of traffic, with cars passing by until late at night. The windows are thin, allowing noise to come through directly. Being on the second floor, it took some time to get used to. The facilities are old, but the rooms are spacious and worth the price.

This hotel offers good value for money, especially with current deals. The location is not ideal if you want to be near the Mekong downtown area. Excellent breakfast provided - I also received a free room upgrade. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not very welcoming - maybe they had a bad day?
