There was a very annoying event. After cleaning the apartment, my suitcase and backpack disappeared for a few moments. In the end, we found out that the maid had changed places and was hidden behind a curtain. However, these 30 minutes of anguish were accompanied by the passivity of the receptionist who was not proactive in solving the problem, not even calling the maid who had just cleaned. According to her, she had to talk to the manager first, who was on vacation, which caused some stress.

No coffee at breakfast in the morning
The room was clean and modern. The location was perfect. It's about 450 meters from the Colosseum. I would definitely stay there again.
