The room was dark. The curtains were tied with a metal clip and it smelled damp and like a sewer! I complained to a member of your staff! He didn't even flinch and kept walking completely ignoring me! Honestly, the annoyance would have lessened if he had attended to me or had shown a bit of kindness, but with staff like that, it's better not to hire them and automate everything (more than it already is)!

Tiny room on the 6th floor, no luggage support except for a desk, bathroom with a shower that wouldn't close
