We booked a twin room, which Booking.com said fitted 2 adults and 2 kids. The 2 beds were single and definitely didn’t fit 4 people. We paid for an upgrade to family. Location: it took 1h bus, then a wait for boat, then a buggy to get to rooms. 2 h in total from airport. Refreshments: no service for food and drinks around the main pool.
