The staff was really very polite and humble. Well-maintained property with a nice lake view and lush green garden. Breakfast and high tea were very good. Overall a very good experience.

Only the approach to the hotel, approximately a 3 km stretch, was not good as the hotel location is in a remote place.
Property is good but needs maintenance, which is a major issue. Taps are falling out, shower comes down, pets poop on the walkway. The property is large in size but needs to be maintained. They claim to be a 5-star property, but need to examine who has accredited them with 5 stars. Needs a big-time improvement in their buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They cannot charge 8 times the price for a normal diet coke. Just by giving a can from the refrigerator, you cannot charge a customer 8 times the MRP. Just because there are no options nearby the property, you should not charge exorbitantly.

Breakfast, high tea, service, location, staff, courtesy, everything was great. My family and I enjoyed the stay and we were upgraded to higher-end rooms, which was so nice.

Nothing much to say, just that the food in the restaurant was expensive and no buffet was available. Otherwise, everything else was acceptable.
