This hostel has already become my home in Madrid, I love it and on top of that, I brought 3 more friends. It was only one night but everything was fine as always highly recommended.

I just didn't like sleeping with the room doors open because it gets some ventilation but it's very noisy from the avenue in front of the hostel, everything else is okay. Also, there is a need for curtains to have more privacy, if they do that, it will be perfect.

I rented a bunk bed in a mixed room, when I arrived there were only women and they made me pay for 9 additional beds... which I find terrible and deceptive promotion... the treatment at reception was terrible, I will never return.

Very well connected, you quickly reach all destinations. Comfortable beds, economical and reliable luggage storage service. Okay price-quality ratio.

The elevator was out of order almost my entire stay and there were several floors :/ There was no hand paper or anything to dry in the bathroom, no hairdryer. Noise could be heard from both the corridors and the rooftop quite late.

Terrible hostel. The daytime reception staff with a terrible attitude, the area quite unsafe, there was a robbery around the corner from the hostel and if you are unlucky enough to be located on the 5th floor, get ready to share a bathroom not only with all the rooms on the floor but also with all the events on the terrace; and to top it off, there is no air conditioning in that building, neither in the rooms nor in the common areas. The common areas are neglected and dirty. Definitely terrible, not worth it.
