The hotel is not on the first floor of the building. The entrance to the building is not pleasant. The window of the room was very dirty.

It's very convenient to use the room card to enter and exit. The shared bathroom is accessed through another door in the room, so you don't have to carry things across the corridor. The staff looks very busy, needing to handle many things, sometimes not at the front desk, really hardworking. Having a washer and dryer is very convenient, the lounge area looks spacious, the overall environment is very quiet.

The cleanliness can be improved, not very dirty, but some small details are overlooked, such as trash left in the storage space next to the bed, the shared bathroom trash cans don't seem to be cleaned daily, there are hair or small crumbs on the sink, the bathroom drain feels a bit clogged, etc. And it takes a few minutes for hot water to come out.
